We publish our conference book with info on the panels, the graphs on the market and company profiles. European REITS suffered from macro and geo-political worries (logistics) Also, the European knee-jerk reaction on the bund (+60 bps) had a negative effect. We believe that despite these worries, REITS are a good place to hide, given their high visibility and proven growth potential in a tough environment. Our top-picks are Shurgard, WDP and Xior. SHUR and WDP have ample headroom on their balance sheet to continue their growth track record. WDP is also cheap on cash earnings metrics vs. peers....

Hybrid Software Group 1Q25 trading update: Weak Printing Software revenues define the quarter

Printing Software saw a tough reference period with a large 5-year contract signed in 1Q24. However a 55% revenue decline is significantly worse than we expected. Printing Software revenues are lumpy, so potential for a catch up in the remainder of the year. In the other segments strong Printhead Solutions compensates for slightly weaker Enterprise Software. Management remains positive on 2025, highlighting healthy sales funnels across all segments.

Aedifica Solid 1Q25, close to fair value

Aedifica reports 1Q25 results in line with our expectations and consensus forecasts. Negative headlines around the operators slightly overshadow the positive 1Q25 update. However, the news was already communicated to the market 2 weeks ago with a limited impact on the share price performance. YTD the stock has rallied 22.0% and sits at the top of the EPRA index.
