Cloud-Geschäft im strategischen Fokus
Die EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN DE0005634000, General Standard, ESY GR) hat 2017 ein 5,5%iges Umsatzwachstum gezeigt und damit unsere Erwartung nahezu getroffen. Obwohl das EBITDA unter unseren Erwartungen blieb, übertraf das Konzernergebnis (getrieben von einem Steuerertrag) unsere Erwartung sogar leicht. Die Gewinnung von 150 Neukunden durch Partner- und Direktvertrieb ist eine Bestätigung für die neue moderne EASY-Lösungswelt und auch die Fortschritte im Cloud-Geschäft lassen uns zuversichtlich auf 2018 blicken. Die positiven Effekte aus dem Programm EASY FIT - werden nach dessen Abschluss in 2017 – im Geschäftsjahr 2018 ihre volle Wirkung entfalten. Ebenfalls entscheidend für den weiteren Margenausbau wird die Entwicklung des hochskalierbaren Cloudgeschäftes sein. Insgesamt ist EASY mit einem EV/Umsatz-Verhältnis von unter 1 für einen Softwareanbieter weiterhin günstig.
Wir ermitteln einen fairen Wert von € 9,45 pro Aktie und bewerten die Aktie weiterhin mit KAUFEN.
