Strategischer Investor stellt Wachstumskapital bereit
Mit der am 3.2.17 vermeldeten Kapitalerhöhung unter Ausschluss der Altaktionäre und zu einem Kurs deutlich über dem Durchschnittskurs der vorangegangenen Handelstage hat die PA Power Automation AG (ISIN DE0006924400, Entry Standard, PPA GR) einige zentrale Weichen stellen können: 1) Der Nettozufluss (rd. € 3,3 Mio.) kann für Wachstumsinvestitionen genutzt werden, 2) der Investor (Techmation) ist zugleich Partner (insbesondere im asiatischen Raum, mit komplementärem Produktportfolio, 3) beide Unternehmen haben ein Investment Agreement vereinbart, das den Verkauf der PA9000 in Asien unterstützen soll. Darüber hinaus soll eine gemeinsame Steuerung für den asiatischen Markt entwickelt werden. Obwohl alle drei Faktoren das Wachstum der PA mittelfristig stärken dürften, haben wir unsere Schätzungen zunächst unverändert belassen. In unserem Modell haben wir einzig die unmittelbaren Effekte aus der Kapitalerhöhung berücksichtigt.
Wir bestätigen unser Kursziel von € 2,45 und empfehlen weiterhin, die Aktie zu halten.
