Targets above expectations, but should be achievableWith the recent Capital Markets Day, Arcadis set ambitious targets for organic revenue growth (mid to high single digit) and operating EBITA-margins (>12.5%) by 2026. These targets were above our and consensus expectations, but we believe the company is in a good position to realize them. In the past years, it has reinforced the organization and reoriented it towards sustainability-driven end markets with good growth. The high demand in combination with selective tendering, value-based pricing and cost savings should also allow it to boost its profitability.
