Nextensa - Q3 2023 - Operationally still going strong

Nextensa released their Q3 2023 results yesterday evening, here are some key takeaways:Rental income lands at EUR 52.6m, +2% YoY (+9% LfL) despite multiple disposals since 2022.Investment portfolio valuation is stable compared to H1. Appraisal yield is slightly up +6bps to 5.75% (vs. H1 2023). IFRS NAV EUR 83.5 per share.Leverage stands at 44.85% (+75bps since H1 2023)Net results per share comes in at EUR 2.18 per share.We remain ‘Under Review' on Nextensa for the time being.More details in our Note issued this morning
