Warehouses De Pauw New pre-let projects in NL and RO, despite tariff turmoil

WDP announced over EUR 100m in new pre-let development projects across its land reserves in Ridderkerk (NL) and Bucharest-Dragomire?ti (RO). These projects will cover a total lettable area of approximately 93k sqm and are expected to generate an average NOI yield of more than 7.5%. The developments will cater to clients in food logistics and third-party logistics services. In Ridderkerk, WDP will develop a refrigerated logistics center for Kivits Logistics Group BV, with an investment budget of EUR 55m. In Bucharest-Dragomire?ti, WDP will expand with two warehouses for a total investment budget of EUR 52m. These projects are scheduled for completion between 2026 and 2027. Despite the volatile macroenvironment, WDP shows its business can continue with pre-let projects at good margins. WDP is leveraging its existing landbank in new projects.
