>Corporacion Financiera Alba sells its stake in Indra to SAPA - After the close on Tuesday 14 December, Corporacion Financiera Alba announced the sale of 5% of Indra’s capital to Spanish industrial company SAPA at a price of € 10.28 per share. Corporacion Financiera Alba still owned 3.2% of the capital following this disposal but plans to gradually to exit Indra’s capital and give up its seat on the board of directors.
