Adyen - EGM 12 February 2021
ECGS notes that as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic the EGM will be held as an electronic meeting only. Consequently, it will not be possible to attend the EGM in person.
In general, Adyen is in compliance with the Dutch regulations relating to the organisation and procedures of the EGM.
Under ITEM 2 the supervisory board proposes to newly appoint Mr. Alexander Matthey as Chief Technology Officer and member of the executive board. ECGS has no concerns over his appointment and accordingly recommends to vote FOR.
Under ITEM 3 it is proposed to newly appoint Ms. Caoimhe Keogan as Member of the supervisory board. ECGS has no concerns over her appointment and therefore recommends to vote FOR.
Adyen NV, formerly Adyen BV, is provider of mobile, online and point-of-sale (POS) payment solutions based in the Netherlands.
