Proxinvest attire l'attention des investisseurs sur plusieurs points.
Tout d'abord la composition du conseil qui est, d'après Proxinvest, non majoritairement libre de conflit d'intérêts. Ainsi la ratification de la société Alta Patrimoine ne pourra être soutenue. De plus la société ne présente pas le réprésentant de cette société au conseil.
Ensuite concernant les rémunération, Proxinvest estime que les rémunérations de la gérance et du Président du conseil sont excessives. De ce fait Proxinvest ne soutient pas les résolutions 7 et 8. Dans la même optique la résolution concernant les politiques ne pourra être soutenue.
