Proxinvest recommande aux actionnaires de s'opposer à l'ensemble des résolutions portant sur les rémunérations des Dirigeants mandataires sociaux (résolutions 8 à 11). En effet, si Proxinvest salue l'initiative de la société qui, bien qu'elle ne se réfère pas au Code de Gouvernance AFEP/MEDEF, propose un vote consultatif sur les rémunérations attribuées au titre de 2016, la structure de la rémunération des dirigeants est défaillante. Par ailleurs, la société ne communique pas sur les montants qui seront attribués au titre de l'exercice 2017. Dès lors, il n'est pas possible, pour les actionnaires, de prendre une décision éclairée concernant les politiques de rémunérations présentées.
