En tant que Société en Commandite par Actions, la société n’est pas visée par la loi Sapin 2 qui impose notamment un vote ex ante sur les rémunérations à attribuer et un vote ex post sur les rémunérations attribuées.
Tout comme les années précédentes, la société ne permet pas aux actionnaires de se prononcer sur les rémunérations attribuées à son gérant.
De plus, avant la promulgation de la Loi Florange généralisant les droits de vote double en 2014, la société respectait le principe "Une action - Une voix". Or, la société n'a jamais proposé à ses actionnaires de maintenir ce principe de base d'une gouvernance saine et d'une égalité entre tous les actionnaires.
