Altur Investissement - Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire des actionnaires du 24 Février 2020
Les résolutions proposées à la présente assemblée générale portent sur la création d'actions de préférence rachetables (résolution 1) et sur l'augmentation de capital qui en découle (résolutions 2 et 3). L'adoption de ces résolutions forment un tout et sont interdépendantes. Ainsi, l'adoption de chacune d'elles s'effectue sous réserve de l'adoption des deux autres.
Proxinvest recommande l'opposition à la création des actions de préférence rachetables dans la mesure où elle marque une rupture de l'égalité de tous les actionnaires devant le risque, le dividende (les associés commanditaires ne seront donc qu’au troisième rang dans l’ordre de priorité du versement du dividende) et l'éventuel boni de liquidation. De plus, l'émission ne respecte pas le principe de Proxinvest: "une action - une voix".
