Cette année, la société sommet au vote des actionnaires la rémunération versée et attribuable à son Président-Directeur général. Nous nous opposons aux deux résolutions pour diverses raisons :
-Communication lacunaire, absence de rémunération long terme, manque de transparence.
Proxinvest continue de regretter que la société maintienne les autorisations d'opérations sur le capital en période d'offre publique, ce qui ne permet pas de les approuver les autorisations.
Cbo Territoria SA. CBo Territoria SA is a France-based company primarily engaged in real estate, construction and development, as well as business and residential property management. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned land situated on the La Reunion Island, including in Sainte Marie, Saint Paul, Saint Leu and Saint Pierre. It provides experience, construction and development services for residential purpose through CBo Habitat and for professionals through CBo Entreprise, as well as real estate management services through CBo Gestion Immobiliere. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 19.45%-owned by Jaccar Holdings. CBo Territoria SA operates various subsidiaries, including CBo Property, SCI Le Neptune, SCI Les Boreales, SCCV Eco Parc Portail and SNC Cap Horizon, among others.
