Il est proposé aux actionnaires de transformer la forme juridique de la société en une Société Européenne (SE) à Conseil d'administration et d'adopter les nouveaux statuts et le nouveau nom de la société qui découlent de ce changement. Proxinvest n'est pas favorable à cette transformation, car la forme de SE présente pour les actionnaires plus de risques que d'intérêts. Par conséquent, nous recommandons l'opposition aux résolutions 1 et 2.
En revanche, nous soutiendrons la résolution 3 (regroupement des actions), qui ne semble pas défavorable aux actionnaires en raison du montant très peu élevé du cours de bourse.
