La société propose cette année le renouvellement du manat de Rachel Picard. Bien que Mme Picard soit libre de tout conflit d'intérêts, elle cumule 1 mandat exécutif dans une grand organisation (SNCF) ainsi que 2 mandats non exécutifs dans des sociétés cotées (Compagnie des Alpes et Critéo), ce qui ne respecte pas notre politique de vote limitant les nombres de mandats détenus afin de s'assurer que les administrateurs ont une assiduité satisfaisante aux réunions du conseil. Dans le cas présent, notre crainte est fondée puisque Mme Picard présente un taux d'assiduité de 75% seulement en 2017-2018. C'est donc pour ces raisons que nous ne soutenons pas son renouvellement.

La politique de rémunérations des dirigeants pour 2018-2019 présente un changement : désormais, une part du bonus annuel reposera sur les performances de la société concernant sa "feuille de route RSE". S'il est regrettable que ladite feuille de route RSE ne soit pas communiquée, on appréciera cette amélioration de la politique de rémunération (tout en notant qu'intégrer un ou plusieurs critères RSE est désormais une recommandation du code AFEP/MEDEF). Cette amélioration ainsi que des montants modérés justifient notre soutien envers cette nouvelle politique de rémunération.

It offers three types of activities: theme parks, nature and animal parks, and tourist attractions. It operates in France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Russia and Luxembourg. In April 2014, it sold 30% stake in Groupe Looping to HIG Capital France, and announced the agreement with MacEarth and the aquisition of 2.5% stake in the company.
