La société propose cette année la nomination de Clothilde Lauzeral et Arnaud Taverne sur recommandation de la Caisse des Dépôts et en remplacements respectifs de Giorgio Frasca et Francis Szpiner. Proxinvest soutient un représentant pour chacun des 3 principaux actionnaires. Cependant, la CDC siège déjà au conseil. Ainsi, tant que le conseil ne comprendra pas une majorité de membres libres de tout conflit d'intérêts, la nomination d'un ou plusieurs administrateurs représentant cet actionnaire ne sera pas soutenue.
Dans la lignée de la recommandation faite l’année dernière par Proxinvest sur la politique de rémunération, il est regrettable que la société n’ait toujours pas intégré des critères quantifiables pour apprécier le respect de la feuille de route RSE qu’elle avait communiquée. Cependant, au regard du caractère raisonnable des montants en jeu, nous soutenons les résolutions liées aux rémunérations des dirigeants (résolutions 8 à 10).

It equips, maintains and operates ski resorts in the Alps region in France, Italy and Switzerland. Its activities include lift handling, trail maintenance, grooming and snowmaking, and operation of ticket booths. Compagnie des Alpes SA is active in the leisure park industry through its subsidiary, Grevin & Cie SA, which manages leisure sites in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It offers three types of activities: theme parks, nature and animal parks, and tourist attractions. It operates in France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Russia and Luxembourg. In April 2014, it sold 30% stake in Groupe Looping to HIG Capital France, and announced the agreement with MacEarth and the aquisition of 2.5% stake in the company.
