Résolution 1 : la société propose une imputation du report à nouveau débiteur sur le poste « Primes d’émission, de fusion, d’apport ». S’agissant uniquement d’une écriture comptable, qui ne change pas le montant total du passif, cela ne semblerait pas impacter les actionnaires. Par conséquent, Proxinvest recommande l'approbation.
Résolution 2 : sachant que la société n’a pas distribué de dividende depuis 2015, Proxinvest juge la demande incohérente au regard de cette privation de dividende et recommande l'opposition.
Résolution 4 : suite à la 2ème résolution de la présente assemblée générale, la société souhaiterais ajuster des plafonds des délégations et autorisations en cours de validité. Au regard de réserves évoquées concernant les délégations et autorisations en cours de validité concernées, Proxinvest recommande l’opposition.
