FFP - Assemblée Générale Extraordinaire des Actionnaires du 11 Septembre 2020
Les sociétés FFP, EPF et Maillot I détiennent des participations dans les sociétés Peugeot SA et Faurecia. Il est ici proposé d’approuver l’apport par FFP de l’intégralité de ses participations dans Peugeot SA et Faurecia ainsi que sur tous les biens, droits et obligations attachés à ces participations, et notamment le bénéfice et la charge du contrat d’equity swap conclu avec Natixis le 6 mars 2020, portant sur 18.096.564 actions de PEUGEOT SA, avec une échéance au 30 juin 2021, à la société Maillot I qu’elle détient à 80%. Cet apport se fera concomitamment à l’apport par EPF de l’intégralité des actions détenues par la société EPF dans le capital de la société PEUGEOT SA, ainsi que tous les biens, droits et obligations attachés à cette participation.
Cette opération constitue une restructuration de l’actionnariat de la famille Peugeot dans Peugeot et Faurecia. Elle n’a pas d’impact particulièrement significatif pour les actionnaires de FFP. Nous la soutenons donc.
