Malgré une forte contestation des actionnaires minoritaires lors de la précédente AG sur les résolutions relatives au capital, principalement motivée par la possibilité de leur usage en période d’offre publique et des montants excessifs, la société propose de nouveau cette année les mêmes types d’autorisations, dans les mêmes conditions. Proxinvest maintient donc ses recommandations de vote négatives sur ces résolutions (résolutions 9 à 14 et 17 à 21).
De la même façon, la société n’a pas amélioré sa communication concernant les jetons de présence, et notamment leur éventuel alignement avec l’assiduité des administrateurs. Nous ne soutenons donc toujours pas cette résolution (résolution 8).
