La politique de rémunération des dirigeants pour l’exercice 2020 ne présente pas de montants. Ainsi Proxinvest et les actionnaires ne peuvent pas estimer les montants de cette politique.
De plus ces politiques sont potentiellement excessives d’après Proxinvest.
Ainsi Proxinvest s’oppose aux résolutions 10 et 11.
