La politique de rémunération du Président-Directeur général pour 2020 comporte de nombreuses lacunes en matière de transparence, ce qui empêche les actionnaires d'évaluer les montants potentiels. Les mêmes remarques peuvent être faites concernant la politique de rémunération de la directrice générale déléguée.
Bien que le problème de transparence soit similaire pour la rémunération de 2019, les montants demeurent maitrisés et sont ainsi acceptables (résolution 10).
Les différentes autorisations d'augmentation de capital ne sont pas suspendues en période d'offre publique et plusieurs d'entre elles portent sur des montants trop importants selon les critères de Proxinvest pour être acceptées et les décotes sont excessives (résolutions 14 à 18).
