Proxinvest attire l'attention des actionnaires sur les points suivants :

Tout d’abord les mouvements au sein du conseil, avec l’arrivée de deux nouveaux membres indépendants, et le renouvellement d’un membre indépendants. Ces trois résolutions sont soutenues par Proxinvest. Ensuite concernant le renouvellement d’Éric de Rothschild, Proxinvest recommande de s’y opposer au regard de son ancienneté, et du manque d’indépendance au sein du conseil.
Ensuite concernant les rémunérations, Proxinvest continue de s’opposer à la résolution de rémunération Ex-post, au regard des montants et de la structure qui ne respecte pas nos recommandations.
Enfin concernant la politique de rémunération, Proxinvest recommande de s’opposer au deux résolutions de politiques de rémunérations au regard des montants et des structures proposées.
