Covid-19
Taking into account the current circumstances and the applicable measures regarding Covid-19, WDP underlines that each shareholder has the possibility:
- to vote by proxy or by correspondence before the meetings. The proxy and the form for the vote by correspondence can be submitted to the Company by ordinary letter or by e-mail; and/or
- to submit written questions before the meetings to the Company and the statutory auditor by ordinary letter or by e-mail.

Item 2.I
Failure to comply with the condition of duration of the authorization (5 years) leads us to recommend to OPPOSE.
Item 2.II
An inadequate justification is provided for the replacement of a cash dividend with an allotment of shares or other securities.Accordingly, we recommend to vote OPPOSE.
Extraordinary General Meeting
Item 25 (25.1, 25.2, 25.3, 25.4)
Item 25 concerns the grant of rights to third parties: Banque Européenne du Crédit Mutuel (BECM), Caisse d'Epargne, MetLife. ECGS would like to know more details about these contracts, which would seem to have a strong impact on the capital and control of the company, in case of activation. Accordingly, ECGS recommends to vote OPPOSE.
