Initialement prévue le 25 juillet 2019, l'assemblée générale mixte des actionnaires n'a pas pu valablement se réunir. Wavestone a en effet appris, le 24 juillet 2019 au soir, qu'une partie des convocations des actionnaires au nominatif n'avait pas été adressée par le prestataire en charge du service titres de la société. Au vu de cette irrégularité, le Directoire a pris la décision d'ajourner la réunion et a décidé de convoquer l'assemblée générale annuelle pour le 16 septembre. Seuls les dates de détachement du coupon et de paiement du dividende sont modifiés par rapport à l'ordre du jour de l'assemblée initiale.
Tout d'abord Proxinvest attire l'attention sur la nouvelle composition du conseil de Surveillance. En effet, à la suite de l'assemblée Générale, le conseil comportera d'après Proxinvest 4 membres indépendant sur 7 membres soit un taux d'indépendance de 57,14%.
Ensuite, concernant les rémunérations des membres du Directoire, au regard des montants raisonnables et de la transparence, Proxinvest recommande de soutenir l'ensembles des résolutions concernant les rémunérations.
