CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe further decline in the US Treasury yields supported Russian sovereign quotes. The Russia 28 rose 0.2 pp to 162.8% (YTM 4.8%, Z-spread 195 bps), while other issues also advanced, but to a lesser degree.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved 2-5 bps higher along the entire curve amid low volumes and the weakening ruble yesterday. The sole exception was the OFZ 26207 (February 2027, 8.5%), which was yielding 9 bps higher by the close.
