The EUR 455m new October 2030 bond that GTC is using to refinance the EUR 494m June 2025 maturity has been priced at 95 cents to the EUR, translating into a 7.7% yield to maturity. This marks a key milestone for the company, which will be able to use the proceeds to repay the EUR 494m June 2026E tranche. This removes a key near-term going concern threat for GTC.
