Le 21 février 2019, la société a conclu un contrat d'apport en nature, dont l'approbation est soumise à la présente Assemblée Générale, portant sur l'intégralité des parts sociales de la SCI Ruhl-Côte d'Azur et sur une créance d'un montant de 10 500 000 € détenue par la Covivio au titre d'un contrat de prêt intragroupe sur cette même SCI. Cette opération semble équitable et justifiée, Proxinvest la soutient.
Il est regrettable que cette année encore, la société ne soumette toujours pas la rémunération du gérant au vote de l'Assemblée Générale, alors que le gérant est considéré comme un dirigeant mandataire social.
