Nach der Kapitalerhöhung ist vor der Kapitalerhöhung

Die Anfang Mai angekündigte prospektfreie Kapitalerhöhung konnte innerhalb kurzer Zeit vollständig platziert werden. Der Bruttoemissionserlös von rund EUR 0,6 Mio. soll Angabe gemäß zur Übernahme eines unmittelbar wertschöpfenden Targets im Kernbereich der Hardware-Wartung verwendet werden, durch die erhebliche Skaleneffekte realisiert werden können. Gleichzeitig wurde bekannt, dass der Hauptversammlung eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung im Volumen von etwa EUR 8 Mio. vorgeschlagen werden wird. Die hierdurch zu finanzierende Übernahme soll das Geschäftsvolumen von amalphi mehr als verdoppeln. Da Details der Übernahme noch nicht vorliegen und die Kapitalerhöhung von der Hauptversammlung erst genehmigt werden muss, haben wir die dadurch ausgelösten Effekte noch nicht in unsere Planung und Bewertung mit einbezogen. Wir belassen unser aus einem dreiphasigen DCF-Entity-Modell ermitteltes Kursziel bei EUR 3,40 je Aktie (Base Case-Szenario). Gegenüber dem letzten Schlusskurs von EUR 2,00 ergibt sich im Base Case-Szenario auf Sicht von 24 Monaten ein von uns erwartetes Kurspotenzial von 70,0%. Wir bekräftigen dementsprechend unser Buy-Rating für die Aktien der amalphi AG.
