Stick With Global Technology; China Breaking Out We remain near-term bullish since our 4/22/25 Compass, and our intermediate-term outlook remains bullish as well (as of our 5/14/25 Compass), with Int'l Compass reports all echoing this sentiment. We will maintain our bullish intermediate-term view as long as market dynamics remain healthy and the SPX and ACWI-US are above 6028-6059 and $125-$126. Our bullish near-term outlook will remain in place as long as the 4+ month uptrend continues on ACWI...

BE Semiconductor Industries/Reward for patience/BUY

Over and above an eventual cyclical recovery, we continue to be very positive on the long-term hybrid bonding opportunity for BESI. We believe that over the years we will see an industry-wide adoption in chiplet architecture. This will drive a jump in hybrid bonding demand in which we expect BESI to keep its leading position. We reiterate our BUY rating and €150 target price.

Delta Electronics (DELTA TB) - 2Q25: Earnings Drop yoy And qoq, Missin...

Delta reported a 2Q25 net profit of Bt4.6b (-30% yoy, -16% qoq). The results are 11% and 8% below our and market forecasts respectively due to: a) lower-than-expected gross margin, b) higher-than-expected SG&A-to-sales, c) higher tax expenses, and d) gain on exchange. Gross margin declined to 25% due to currency effects. SG&A-to-sales increased yoy and qoq, driven by higher selling expenses from the impact of reciprocal tariffs. Maintain SELL with a target price of Bt65.00.
