Since entering the Peruvian market ten years ago, Chinese auto maker JAC (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600418) has achieved a number of notable successes. The company has become the top-selling Chinese light-duty truck manufacturer in the country, with a market share of over 20% and sales of 10,000 units. After testing JAC’s HFC 1061KN model in late 2015, the company went on to purchase 10 of these trucks, and after one year they upgraded to the HFC 1083KN model. They currently have 15 JAC light-duty trucks, with plans to purchase more in the future. Following such positive feedback, JAC intends to continue optimising its services to support large commercial clients.
